Founding Stay Credits are advance stay credits offered during the earliest phase of Casa Cumpà.
By purchasing a Founding Stay Credit, you’re supporting the project before the house exists physically — and securing credit toward a future stay once Casa Cumpà opens.
All Founding Guests receive priority booking access and periodic project updates. Credits do not expire and will be honored at full value once bookings open. Dates are selected once the house is complete.

Casa Cumpà is a small holiday home taking shape on Sicily’s north coast, inside Madonie National Park.
What was once a shared and faraway dream is now a purchased plot of land, approved plans, and a construction team ready to go. Casa Cumpà will be a place for families and close friends to gather, and artists to retreat to. It will be a home away from home, in a lush and tranquil setting, with life’s simple pleasures at the forefront.
Demolition of the previous home has been completed, and to help fund building, we’re offering a limited number of Founding Stays —advance reservations that help bring Casa Cumpà to life.
